Managed Services Package in VPS
If you would like to use our optional upgrade, you'll be able to include it with a couple of clicks to any of our Linux VPS either when you get the plan or through your billing account anytime later on. As our system is very adaptable, you shall be able to renew the upgrade for as long as you need it and it will not be added permanently to the VPS package. The Managed Services package incorporates lots of things such as a full weekly backup of your hosting server, monitoring and restarting the VPS if some problem shows up, Operating System updates to ensure that you have the newest security patches as well as installation and troubleshooting of third-party scripts that are not supplied by us. The last option comes with half an hour of custom work from our admins, which is ample for almost any task irrespective of its complexity. With this upgrade, you will not need to concern yourself with technical problems that you might encounter even if you have never used a VPS before.
Managed Services Package in Dedicated Hosting
The upgrade is available with all Linux dedicated hosting that we offer and if you intend to benefit from all services it offers, you could add it with a click on the server order page or any time you need it from your billing Control Panel. You may also choose if you'll use this upgrade all the time given that it could be renewed individually from the dedicated hosting server plan. In case you have very important information on the hosting server, we will back it up regularly as 50 Gigabytes of disk space on a separate hosting server will be at your disposal. Our admins shall also keep an eye on the server all the time, install the most up-to-date updates for its Operating System and reboot it whenever this is needed. Since the Managed Services package provides installation and troubleshooting as well, they can also help you with any third-party software and install it for you. This will enable you to use our machine even if you aren't very tech-savvy and you haven't used a hosting server of your own before.
